Salem Community Theatre is a proud supporter of the arts located in the center of historic downtown Salem, Ohio.

What to Expect

Performances generally start at 7:00 PM (Friday / Saturday) and 2:00 PM on Sunday. Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 - 30 minutes early in order to pick up tickets and find their seats. 

We offer concessions at each show including candy, popcorn, and drinks. They are available for purchase before the show and during intermission.

 
 

Directions and Parking

Salem Community Theatre is located at 490 East State Street in historic downtown Salem, OH, directly between Lib’s Market and The Ice Cream Parlor.

Visitors may use the free street parking or the following free public parking lots: 

  • Between East 2nd Street and Sugar Tree Alley, behind The Salem News

  • At the corner of East State Street and Ellsworth

Accessibility

The lower level and performance area are wheelchair and power chair accessible. We also have a unisex wheelchair/power chair accessible restroom on the first floor.
