Auditions for A Christmas Carol, a Salem Community Theatre tradition, have been set for Sunday October 8th 2pm - 5pm and Monday October 9th 6pm - 8pm

Besides casting for the actual show, we are also looking for a large ensemble cast for caroling in the show. If this interests you, please come prepared to sing your favorite Christmas Carol!

Auditions for our 2023/2024 season opener Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR! Directed by Justin Steele. Auditions will be Sunday July 16th from 2-4pm and Monday July 17th from 6-8pm. Casting from ages 9 to 18. Those interested in auditioning must come prepared with a one minute section a song of their choice. Disney is preferred, songs from the show are allowed. There will be no accompanist provided. Those auditioning may sing acappella or with a phone with no voices! Those auditioning will also be asked to read from the script.

Rehearsals will be Sunday through Thursday. Sundays 2-5, Monday through Thursday 5:30 to 8.

August 29th & 30th from 7-9pm. Those interested in auditioning will be asked to read from the script in a British accent.
Show dates are December 9,10,11 and 16,17,18.

The director is looking for a wide variety of ages. From ages 10 and up. For the role of Tiny Tim no younger than 6 years of age.
